Shipping & Returns
We have multiple shipping options and possibilities available for our customers. Generally we only ship in Europe but are more than happy to process any special requests. Choose to pick up, have your items delivered locally by bike, or ship your items outside of Amsterdam!
Did you know we handle long distance shipments together with RePack? They are a circular packaging business, so your product packaging will be reused in cycles in the future!
We have a 14 day return policy, giving you 14 days after purchase to request a return of an item. This may be shorter than most e-commerce shops, but because we are working with small independent boutiques we ask you to return your items as soon as possible if it’s not to your liking. That way someone else can enjoy it!
To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags and original packaging - the same condition you received it in. Also please have a proof of purchase ready.
